Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Educate patients on posture, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing health
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary for optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy techniques and healthcare standards

Ideal Candidate

Registered Physiotherapist or Chiropractor in good standing with the their NL regulatory body
5+ years experience in patient care is an asset but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and reassure patients
Prior experience working in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to work empathetically with diverse patient populations and maintain professionalism at all times
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
Obtains independent professional liability insurance
Commitment to evidence-based, movement focused and client-centered care

Full time & part time hours available
