Our well-known Transportation client is currently recruiting an extremely professional and motivated Administrative Assistant on contract to manage and organize a busy office with confidentiality and integrity.

What do we offer:

$30.00- an hour
On going temp assignment.
The opportunity to work for one of London’s beloved institutions.

What you’re doing:

Provide dependable administrative and operational support in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and training initiatives to ensure seamless daily operations
Oversee the maintenance of records, databases, and reporting tools with strong Microsoft Office expertise
Support training programs through efficient tracking and organization of required documentation
Manage multiple priorities effectively, demonstrating strong planning and time management skills
Deliver work with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and organization
Contribute to Health & Safety programs, including documentation management and involvement in JHSC activities
Bring experience working within unionized, trades, or operational settings
Build strong working relationships through a professional, approachable, and service-oriented mindset
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including leadership and union representatives

Who you Are:

2-5 years hand on administrative experience.
Experience with KRONOS an asset.
2-year administrative diploma an asset.
You like to help and pride yourself on your attention to detail.
