Full job description

We are Winnipeg Kia in the Waverley Auto Mall. Business is growing and we are now looking to add a junior advisor/service coordinator to our existing service team.

The position would be responsible for critical service functions including answering customer inquiries (phone and email), service order record filing, verifying and updating customer information with Kia Canada and general requests by the service manager.The position would also require the ability to assist the service advisors in writing up work orders, documenting concerns, performing vehicle walk arounds, and driving vehicles from the drive-thru to the service lot.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Previous experience in a dealership or similar position is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and service staff.
Proficient in using computer software applications, including Google business suite products and services. Understanding of PBS operating system an asset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic organization committed to delivering exceptional service to its customers.
