We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team!
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that strengthens Troika’s brand presence, drives high-quality lead generation, and supports Troika’s brand performance across our residential, commercial, and corporate portfolios.
This role blends creativity with analytical precision—overseeing paid media, content production, brand management, and digital marketing infrastructure. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is equally adept at strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. PPC & Campaign Management
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns to drive qualified leads and improve campaign performance across Google Ads and Meta.Oversee automated ad reporting and analytics dashboards for real-time campaign insights (HubSpot, Google, Meta Business Suite).
- Track and analyze ROI to continuously improve performance and cost efficiency.
2. Content Production & Engagement
- Produce and edit high-quality photos, videos, and panoramas to support sales and property management initiatives (RentSync, Yardi, WordPress).
- Create and coordinate photo, video, and digital content to support leasing, property management, and corporate marketing initiatives..
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with project timelines and brand standards.
3. Digital Brand Management
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Troika’s digital brand presence across all online platforms (WordPress, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Outlook).
- Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging to reflect Troika’s values and market positioning.
- Monitor and respond to online engagement to build strong community connections.
5. Digital Marketing Infrastructure Management
- Streamline and integrate existing sales pipeline tools to enhance efficiency, communication, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ensure seamless use of marketing and sales platforms including HubSpot, RentSync, Yardi, Google Business Tools, Meta Business Suite, WordPress,
- Support email marketing and lead nurturing through HubSpot, including email campaigns, automated workflows, audience segmentation, and lead follow-up processes.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize systems to improve lead capture, follow-up speed, and overall customer experience.
6. Website & SEO Management
- Maintain and optimize website content for user experience and conversion.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage landing pages, lead capture forms, and site performance analytics.
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Provide regular performance reports on all digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign, website, lead source, and conversion data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Measure campaign effectiveness against key business objectives and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of progressive digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or property management.
- Demonstrated success in managing paid advertising campaigns with proven ROI.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, SEO tools, and website CMS platforms (WordPress).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including PPC, SEO, content strategy, and brand management.
- Creative eye for design and brand consistency.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
