What You’ll Be Doing

Performing high-quality esthetic services
Providing personalized consultations and recommending treatments and home care
Supporting retail in a natural, education-based way
Building and maintaining strong client relationships and retention
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment space
Contributing to overall team standards and guest experience

What We’re Looking For

Esthetician or equivalent relevant experience
A genuine interest in skincare and the beauty industry
Strong attention to detail and care in your work
Confidence in communicating with clients
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
Eagerness to learn, improve, and build a consistent clientele
Aligns with a high-standard, team-focused environment
