Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Server Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house staff, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a positive dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Assist servers in providing excellent customer service by promptly delivering food and beverages to tables.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and clearing dishes.
Help with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards during service.
Support bartenders with drink orders and maintain the bar area as needed.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels for food and beverage items.
Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff.
A passion for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service.
