Full job description

Recruit team members. Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring of team members. Plan and execute training for crew. Coordinate logistics of work crews with locations over tight time periods. Manage the inspections of the work of the work team. This job requires a very organized person who is adept at spread sheets, files, and planning and organizing. Ideal to have experience with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training. Should have experience with desk work and coordinating people, tasks, and expectations. Office in Huntsville. Full-time in spring, summer, early fall.

Summary

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be essential in streamlining administrative processes and enhancing overall efficiency within the department. Reporting to the General Manager, your core skills in Microsoft Office, data entry, and customer service will support daily operations, including recruiting and interviewing candidates. Your premium skills in budgets and office experience will aid in financial tracking and reporting. Additionally, your relevant skills in writing and presentation tasks will ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications. Qualifications

Background in recruiting and interviewing
skills in people management, delegation, and evaluation
Leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Strong communication skills
Excellent proofreading and phone etiquette
Experience in customer service and support
Familiarity with budgeting processes
Administrative experience, particularly in an office setting

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week

Additional pay:

Bonus pay

Day shift
Morning shift
Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

Huntsville, ON P1H 1E2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

DCS / DEC (preferred)

Experience:
