Who We Are
Findoor is Canada's biggest manufacturer of folding doors — Finnish design, made in Canada. For over 30 years our professional-grade folding, walk-in, and sliding doors have been installed in 40,000+ locations across Europe and North America. We're known for energy efficiency, durability in brutal Canadian conditions, and doors that actually look good. Our customers are farms, car wash bays, industrial buildings, fire stations, and special projects.
We're expanding in Manitoba and we want a closer.
The Role
This is a hunter role, not an order-taker role. You'll own the Manitoba territory — building a pipeline, working leads, walking job sites, getting in front of farm owners, builders, post-frame contractors, and facility managers, and closing deals on a premium product that sells itself once people understand it.
You'll be selling alongside a marketing engine that already drives leads through Meta and Google, plus an online 3D door-design tool that lets prospects spec their own door. Your job is to turn interest into signed orders.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow the Manitoba sales territory from prospecting through close
- Build relationships with farms, contractors, builders, and industrial/commercial accounts
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and quote using our design and quoting tools
- Manage your pipeline relentlessly and hit (and beat) revenue targets
- Represent a premium, technical product with confidence and credibility
What We're Looking For
This is the part that matters. We care far more about your sales track record than your door knowledge — we'll teach you the product.
- A killer sales background with proven, documented results. Show us the numbers: quotas hit, revenue grown, territories built.
- Construction, building materials, agriculture, or equipment sales experience is a strong asset — but exceptional closers from other B2B industries will be considered.
- A genuine hunter mentality — comfortable prospecting, cold-calling, and self-generating opportunities
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable in the field: job sites, farms, shops, and the road
- Self-motivated and accountable — this role rewards people who drive their own results
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Manitoba
