Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and possess a passion for hospitality and food service. Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
Clear tables promptly after guests finish their meals, ensuring a clean dining area
Assist with food preparation and service as needed, supporting kitchen staff and servers
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations throughout shifts
Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments to ensure smooth service flow
Support the restaurant team during busy periods by helping with miscellaneous tasks to enhance guest satisfaction
Follow all food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations

Qualifications

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and food handling safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards assisting colleagues and guests
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 40 pounds)
