Trius Winery Restaurant is seeking a Commis Chef to join our culinary team for the upcoming season. This is a great opportunity for an early-career cook looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced, Michelin-recommended restaurant focused on seasonal, wine-driven cuisine.

A positive attitude and strong team mindset
Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a professional kitchen
Basic understanding of culinary techniques, terminology, and food preparation
Strong communication and ability to work in a high-energy service environment
