Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your passion for exceptional food and outstanding guest service will shine! In this lively role, you will be the face of our restaurant, creating memorable dining experiences through friendly interactions, attentive service, and expert knowledge of our menu. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clarity and attention to detail
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Provide knowledgeable recommendations, upselling specials and beverages to enhance the guest experience
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables promptly and assisting with food preparation or kitchen support as needed
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and fostering positive guest relations throughout the dining experience

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants
Strong knowledge of POS systems for efficient order processing and reservations management
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest inquiries professionally
Culinary experience or familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and basic food preparation techniques
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction
Prior host/hostess or bussing experience is a plus, along with basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
