Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience
Manage cash handling and POS transactions to ensure accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times
Restock bar supplies promptly to meet customer demand during busy hours
Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service or catering events when needed
Uphold all food handling regulations and adhere to health department guidelines
Utilize strong time management skills to balance multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Assist with banquet or catering setups as required, ensuring seamless service delivery

Skills

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred
Proficiency with POS systems for accurate transactions
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, drink mixing ratios, and retail math calculations
Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and promoting responsible drinking practices
Familiarity with food industry terminology and hospitality best practices
Effective time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus
Previous retail math experience helpful for inventory management and sales tracking
