As a key member of our team, our Operations Manager is responsible for driving the overall success of our operations across all production phases and the safe and efficient coordination of Yard/Site Staff and Contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Regional Manager and President, the Operations Manager is dedicated to sound business practices, continuous improvement and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, resulting in improved safety, efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Leadership:

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of management experience in a metal recycling facility will be considered an asset.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to drive operational excellence and motivate a team.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, working outside in all weather conditions.
