Job Overview

Dylan Musgrave Real Estate is looking for a driven and creative Brand & Client Experience Specialist to join a growing real estate brand in Truro, Nova Scotia. This role is at the heart of everything that happens behind the scenes, from managing social media and creating content, to keeping clients feeling remembered and ensuring the business pipeline stays full. The right person will have a genuine passion for marketing and brand building, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while representing a personal brand they take pride in. This is not a fill-the-seat kind of role. It's a real opportunity to grow alongside a business that is built on relationships and community.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms through consistent, on-brand content creation and scheduling
Create, edit and publish social media content on a weekly basis while tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities for growth
Help grow Dylan's personal brand and local community presence through strategic and consistent marketing efforts
Develop and distribute a weekly client newsletter to maintain engagement across the database
Send client touchpoints including birthday cards, home anniversary cards and other relationship-building communications
Maintain and grow the client database and sphere of influence through organized list building and data entry
Prepare and send prospecting mailouts including Just Sold campaigns to surrounding neighborhoods
Prepare weekly prospecting letters and targeted correspondence for Dylan to deliver personally
Help coordinate client appreciation events and manage the annual business calendar
Support brand consistency across all materials and communicate with the RE/MAX Fairlane office on Dylan's behalf when needed

Requirements

Hands-on experience creating, editing and managing social media content across multiple platforms
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
A sharp eye for detail and an understanding that consistency and timing matter in client care
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative without being asked
Comfortable representing a personal brand and understanding the responsibility that comes with it
A genuine interest in growing with a business long term, not just filling a role
A real estate background is not required
