We are currently hiring a full-time Parts Advisor. To be successful in this role, you should be reliable, professional, and possess strong organizational and customer service skills.

What we expect from you:

Special effort to demonstrate our shared values (see below).
Receive and process parts orders from technicians, service advisors, and the body shop.
Locate, retrieve, and deliver parts to appropriate departments promptly.
Organize and maintain the parts inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
Use the dealership's computer system to check part availability, prices, and order status.
Collaborate with the parts manager to order and replenish stock as needed.
Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming parts, verifying accuracy and quality.
Maintain a clean and organized parts department, including shelves and work areas.
Participate in periodic inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering part alternatives, and providing accurate information.

We hire attitude over aptitude, but we do have a few non-negotiables:

Reliable transportation to and from work.
Valid driver's license.
Previous experience in an automotive parts or service environment is preferred.
Knowledge of automotive parts, including their identification and functionality.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to grow: the automotive industry is continuously evolving, and we hire team members who want to grow with us.
