VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking to hire a full-time Territory Sales Representative – Quebec to support the continued growth of our Residential, Commercial, and Overhead Door divisions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth throughout Quebec by developing strong relationships with dealers, builders, contractors, architects, property managers, and other key industry partners. You will represent VDK's complete product portfolio, including windows, entry door systems, overhead doors, aluminum entrances, storefronts, and curtain wall solutions. Working closely with estimating, project management, and production teams, you will identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service throughout every stage of the sales process.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow sales throughout Quebec by developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, builders, contractors, architects, property managers, and industry partners
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, trade shows, and customer visits
- Promote VDK's complete product offering, including residential windows, entry door systems, overhead doors, aluminum entrances, storefront systems, and curtain wall solutions
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and industry partners
- Meet with customers to understand project requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Review plans and specifications at a high level and collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate proposals and quotations
- Prepare and present pricing proposals, product recommendations, and value-added solutions
- Follow up on opportunities, negotiate within approved guidelines, and close sales to achieve territory growth objectives
- Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, sales activities, and opportunity pipelines within CRM systems
- Monitor market conditions, industry trends, construction activity, and competitor developments throughout Quebec
- Travel regularly throughout the province to support customers, strengthen relationships, and expand market presence
- Attend trade shows, builder events, architectural presentations, and industry functions to promote the VDK brand
What You'll Bring
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within construction products, building materials, windows and doors, commercial glazing, overhead doors, or related industries
- Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide practical product solutions
- Understanding of residential and commercial construction practices is considered an asset
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications at a practical level
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a large territory independently
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to customer service and business development
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Quebec
- Valid driver's license
