Full job description

Job Overview
Join CinCity Mini Donuts at Rogers Arena and BC Place. As a member of our team, you will be at the forefront of live events in Vancouver.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concession Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our concession stands in BC Place Stadium and Roger’s Arena. Shifts include all event days and setup days as well. *Must be available weekdays, evenings and weekends*

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Concession Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety compliance, and delivering high-quality food and beverage offerings to our customers.

Duties

Supervise and train concession staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high standards of quality.
Preparing locations for events.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with management on scheduling and inventory needs.

Requirements

Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A background in hospitality or food preparation is highly desirable.
