Job Overview
As a startup company, We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, and the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective clients. Responsibilities

Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to identify potential clients and generate new leads.
Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client needs and matching them with our service offerings.
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, lead status, and follow-up actions within CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies for lead generation efforts.
Assist in developing and refining scripts, messaging, and outreach techniques to improve engagement rates.
Support business development initiatives by researching market trends and identifying new opportunities in various industries.

Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development, preferably within technology or B2B sales environments.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
Familiarity with Pipedrive, or similar CRM platforms , zoom info , cloud chat , wizzer , etc. for tracking leads and managing customer interactions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear and professional dialogue.
Knowledge of marketing principles, technical sales, and customer service best practices.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting
Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach efforts. This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to develop their sales expertise while contributing directly to company growth through innovative lead generation strategies.
