Full job description

We’re excited to welcome a new team member to our Cold Beer & Wine Store, conveniently located on Main Street in Vanderhoof! If you’re energetic, friendly, and passionate about providing great customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Because we’re connected to a hotel, this role offers a variety of responsibilities—perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and likes to stay busy.

What You’ll Do:

Stock shelves, unload delivery trucks, and help keep the store clean and organized
Assist customers and process transactions in a friendly, efficient manner
Follow all health and safety procedures
Support hotel operations, including checking guests in and out, issuing room keys, and answering questions
Handle payments and provide accurate change
Represent our business with a positive and professional attitude
Take on additional duties as needed to support the team

Note: Successful candidates will be required to complete the “Serving It Right” certification.

What You Bring:

A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills
The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Must be 19 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
