Absolute Wi-Fi Solutions provides 24/7-365 email and toll free technical phone support.

Work from the comfort of your own home office! Absolute Wi-Fi Solutions provides service to over 15,000 guests each day and is growing rapidly! This position involves answering technical support calls and emails from our clients and their guests.

Essentials:

Telephone professionalism.
Pleasant demeanor.
Able to work well alone or as part of a team.
Extensive experience with all wireless enables products.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Duties:

Independently solve guest connectivity issues.
Walk guests through the login process.
Assist guests with tiered billing options.
Authenticate gaming devices.
Keep accurate logs of all calls and emails.

Competencies/Skills and Experience:

Extensive knowledge of wireless connectivity.
Previous sales experience is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid time-management and organizational skills.
Interpersonal skills.
Solid relationship building skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks with ease.
