Full job description

Olympic Marine and Recreation Lake Country is searching for a client focused Parts Manager to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, customer-focused professional with strong inventory management skills and experience working within a dealership environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in parts operations, inventory control, vendor management, and customer service. Experience with PBS Systems is required.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Parts Department
Manage inventory levels, ordering, receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
Maintain accurate inventory records within PBS
Work closely with Service and Sales teams to support customer and dealership needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
Monitor and manage parts department profitability and performance
Ensure timely processing of customer orders and special-order parts
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
Assist with warranty parts processing and returns as required

Qualifications

Required

Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor
Strong working knowledge of PBS Systems
Excellent inventory management and purchasing skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Marine, powersports, automotive, agricultural, or recreational vehicle industry experience
Understanding of marine products, accessories, and equipment
Experience managing inventory across multiple product lines and suppliers
