Award-winning OEB Breakfast Co is growing. OEB Breakfast Co. has been serving irresistible breakfast fare with an energy and passion since 2008. Award winning Chef Mauro Martina, has created inspiring dishes made with farm to table ingredients, with an artistic presentation that has resulted in creating a brand that has been voted the “Best Breakfast in Calgary, Vancouver and Burnaby” AND "Best NEW Restaurant in Vancouver".

We are looking for an amazing and high energy morning person to join our leadership group. Experienced at leading a team of 15-20 chefs, cooks and 20-25 servers, hosts and bartenders. Two years management experience running a kitchen is recommended. Fast paced and Chef inspired food and drinks which you won't get anywhere else!

Winner of Best Breakfast in Vancouver 2019, 2020 and 2021 and Best Breakfast Golden Plates 2020, 2021 and 2022!

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Regional Chef and Owner in overseeing the kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Chef, Senior Sous Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
