Join our dedicated team as an In Home Childcare Provider and make a meaningful difference in children's lives by providing attentive, nurturing, and engaging care within the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities

Provide attentive supervision and care for children in their home environment, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences, incorporating healthy cooking practices
Engage children in educational activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development through teaching and play
Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, nap times, and diaper changes to maintain consistency and comfort
Perform light cleaning duties to keep the child's living space tidy, organized, and hygienic
Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing personalized caregiving strategies and fostering inclusive activities
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about the child's progress, milestones, and any concerns that arise

Requirements

Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including infants and toddlers
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Strong skills in meal preparation and cooking nutritious foods suitable for children
Ability to perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
Demonstrated caregiving ability with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement techniques
Knowledge of teaching methods that promote early childhood development and learning
Valid background check clearance and relevant certifications in childcare or caregiving are preferred
