Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator to support daily office functions while also providing direct administrative support to leadership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can help keep both office operations and leadership priorities organized.

Key Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate records
Perform credit card reconciliations
Manage reception duties including calls and visitors
Provide backup support for purchasing and receiving
Coordinate company events and team initiatives
Assist with employee incentives and internal programs
Maintain general office organization and light cleaning
Provide administrative support to leadership, including:
- Organizing priorities and follow-ups
- Assisting with scheduling and coordination
- Helping manage day-to-day administrative tasks

Qualifications

Experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable handling financial/admin tasks (invoices, reconciliations)
Professional, proactive, and able to work with minimal direction
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Position Details

Part-time (approximately 20-30 hours per week)
Flexible schedule depending on workload
