Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and dependable subcontractor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in exterior renovations and is capable of completing high-quality installations safely and efficiently.

Required Experience

Applicants must have proven experience installing:

Soffit
Fascia
Eavestrough (gutters)
Aluminum capping
Exterior trim

Experience with siding is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Complete exterior installations to a high standard.
Read and follow project specifications.
Work independently while maintaining quality and productivity.
Keep job sites clean and safe.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of exterior installation experience.
Own the tools and equipment needed to complete installations.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Liability insurance is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
