Falcon Refrigeration is locally owned and operated out of West Kelowna, serving commercial and industrial Refrigeration and HVAC customers throughout the Okanagan Valley. We are currently looking for a HVAC Technician to join our dedicated and highly skilled team. You will perform a variety of standard and complex technical tasks related to maintaining, servicing, repairing and installing Refrigeration and HVAC equipment and systems. In this role you will

Effectively service, maintain, repair, and install HVAC and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial clients.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide clear, practical solutions that keep systems running efficiently.
Deliver top-notch customer service, communicating professionally and building trust with every client.
Keep your work van and job sites organized and professional, showing pride in your craft.
Follow all safety standards, building codes, and company protocols to ensure safe, high-quality work.

To succeed in this role

Must haves

Red Seal Refrigeration Air Conditioning Mechanic
Class 5 Driver’s License
BC “B” Gas Ticket
Hands-on experience working a broad range of commercial/industrial refrigeration and HVAC equipment
Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
***Consideration for a 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice would be considered depending on experience and aptitude***
