Position Overview
With our head office in Innisfail Alberta, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow our customer base across Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan . This role involves field sales, relationship building, territory management, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while representing our brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales territory across Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan through dealer, OEM, and strategic partner networks
- Conduct regular dealership visits, product training sessions, and joint customer calls to support dealer sales growth
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealer and OEM partners.
- Track activities and opportunities using CRM tools
- Attend industry events, trade shows, or customer meetings as required
- Collaborate with internal sales teams
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of outside sales experience (industry experience an must )
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel regularly throughout AB/BC/ SK
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
