Full job description

Position Summary:
The Guest Service Associate (GSA) serves as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires an individual with prior Hilton experience who understands the brand’s standards, service culture, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a warm and professional welcome to all guests, reflecting Hilton’s brand standards.
Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, including handling reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries.
Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests, questions, and concerns, ensuring satisfaction.
Promote Hilton Honors programs and encourage guest participation.
Accurately process payments, maintain guest accounts, and manage cash handling procedures.
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Uphold Hilton’s safety, security, and cleanliness standards throughout the property.
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests.
Assist in training new front desk staff, sharing Hilton best practices and operational knowledge.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Hilton hotel front desk or guest service role is highly preferred.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Hilton’s property management system (Opera or equivalent) is an asset.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
