Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a team of agents to expand your brokerage and generate additional revenue
Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Staying informed on market trends, new products, and industry best practices to provide expert advice
Managing client paperwork, policy administration, and follow-ups to ensure smooth policy implementation
