Join Whistler Day Spa, a women-owned and operated wellness spa in the heart of Whistler Village. We support a range of practitioners including massage therapists, estheticians, bodyworkers, and international physiotherapists transitioning into spa-based wellness work.
This is a non-clinical wellness role focused on relaxation, recovery, and overall wellbeing. No RMT designation is required.
Our focus is on delivering high-quality, intentional, heart-centered treatments in a calm, professional spa environment where both guests and team members feel genuinely cared for.
Compensation
Employee: Up to $78/hour (depending on experience), plus generous gratuities and bonuses
Independent Contractor: Up to $84/hour (depending on experience), plus generous gratuities and bonuses

- Massage therapists and bodywork practitioners
- Estheticians who are open to combining facials with relaxation massage or spa bodywork
- International physiotherapists who are looking to transition their clinical knowledge into hands-on spa massage through practical, in-spa training

We do not require experience in every modality, what matters most is your willingness to learn, your presence with guests, and your ability to work within a team-focused spa environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, personalized massage and/or spa treatments aligned with our service menu
- Provide thoughtful consultations and adapt treatments to guest needs
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment
- Recommend appropriate home care, recovery, and wellness practices when relevant
- Communicate effectively with front desk and spa team to ensure smooth daily flow
- Uphold spa standards for service excellence, professionalism, hygiene, and guest care
