Key Responsibilities

Manage resources, budget and scheduling.
Mentor the team, recruit, train, allocate tasks and perform evaluations.
Contribute to the menu and ensure that front-of-house offerings are of the highest caliber.
Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with management and coordinate food and beverage service for special events.
Customer service skills that exceed guest expectations.
