The Regional Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the holistic operations, growth, and success of a designated region within Libro Credit Union. This position integrates community engagement, business development, and team leadership to drive a seamless member experience across personal, business, and wealth banking lines. The Regional Director will lead Branch Managers and ensure a collaborative, high-performing, and community-focused approach that aligns with Libro’s strategic vision.

Additionally, the Regional Director is responsible for structuring a high-performing team and allocating resources effectively to align with Libro’s delivery model. This involves assessing the existing portfolio, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring that staffing and operational priorities are strategically positioned to support growth. By leveraging financial and community insights, the Regional Director will make informed decisions that optimize efficiency, enhance service delivery, and foster a resilient, adaptable team capable of meeting the evolving needs of members and the broader marketplace.
