Alchemy Landscaping is hiring up to two experienced Landscape Construction Foremen to lead crews on high-end residential projects. This is a hands-on leadership position for professionals who take pride in precision, run clean and organized jobsites, and expect excellence from themselves and their crews.
You’ll take ownership of the job site from start to finish, executing premium landscape builds, directing crews of 2–4 people, and representing Alchemy Landscaping with confidence and professionalism. This role is ideal for a proven foreman who thrives in fast-paced environments, values craftsmanship over shortcuts, and takes full accountability for results. And most importantly… someone who can anticipate, overcome challenges bring solutions.

We are looking for people with high level experience, specifically in hardscaping (patios, stairs, walls and natural stone work) and equipment operation.
Our service area includes Lake Country to Peachland with the majority of work in Kelowna and West Kelowna.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape construction crews (typically crews of 3)
- Execute and oversee landscape construction including:
- Hardscaping, grading, drainage, excavation & earthworks
- Irrigation, ponds, pools, and water systems
- Landscape lighting
- Fire & water features
- Planting and horticulture
- Construction elements such as fencing, pergolas, decks, and site structures
- Plan daily work, manage workflow, materials, and equipment
- Keep projects on schedule and meeting quality standards
- Ensure safety compliance and clean, professional jobsites
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape construction and crew leadership
- Strong knowledge of hardscaping
- Experience with fire & water features, ponds, pools, excavation, and earthworks
- Ability to operate landscape and construction equipment (skid steers, excavators, packers, mini machines and more) safely
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Must live in the Kelowna area
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
