We strive to provide our customers with products that will effectively handle even the toughest environments. Harvest after harvest, our mission is to produce world-class farm equipment for the needs of the progressive farmer.

To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our finance team. In this position you will provide administrative support to various departments and assist accounts payable.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
Providing excellent customer service to our guests
Mail administration
Assist with making bank deposits

Organizing, maintaining, and coordinating office records and files in their proper locations
Assisting with Accounts Payable – enter invoice information, request approvals and backup documentation; reconcile vendor state
Monitoring stocks of office, coffee, lunchroom, kitchen, and bathroom supplies
Providing administrative support to other departments as required

We’re Looking For:

Continuous learning & willingness to cross-train
Friendly and approachable character
Ability to multi-task
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
High degree of initiative, accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes
Valid class 5 driver’s license
