Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Independent Contractors to provide commercial cleaning services across various facilities. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep. Ideal candidates will have experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for delivering professional cleaning services tailored to client needs, ensuring safe and sanitary environments.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, retail locations, and industrial facilities.
Execute routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.
Conduct facilities maintenance activities as needed, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management.
Follow specific cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health standards.
Manage your own schedule to efficiently service multiple clients within designated timeframes.
Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used properly and replenished as necessary.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns promptly.

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred.
