Access Window and Door Design Centre is currently accepting applications for a full-time Marketing Coordinator.
We specialize in manufacturing and distributing premium fenestration systems and are recognized for our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service.
The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role requires a high level of initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while supporting the company's growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, Promote, Analyze and Communicate
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales growth and brand awareness
- Create and manage content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Coordinate advertising initiatives across digital and traditional channels
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness
- Maintain and enhance company websites, product literature, and promotional materials
- Assist with trade shows, customer events, dealer programs, and product launches
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and management teams to align marketing activities with business objectives
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
Creative, Organized, Tech-Savvy, Analytical and Results-Oriented
- Highly motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Experience with social media management, digital advertising, and content creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software platforms
- Knowledge of website management, SEO, and marketing analytics
- Strong graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools are considered an asset
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Grade 12 diploma; post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred
