Nanny On The Go is currently recruiting for two wonderful families seeking long-term, professional caregivers. If you are an experienced nanny who is reliable, proactive, and passionate about supporting children and families, we would love to hear from you.
Position 1: Full-Time Nanny – Tuxedo
A warm and welcoming family in Tuxedo is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their 3-year-old and 4-month-old children.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Mom is currently on maternity leave and will be present in the home throughout the day.
About the Role
The family is looking for a nurturing, engaging, and communicative nanny who enjoys creating enriching experiences for young children. Their 3-year-old is active, curious, and enjoys plenty of play, learning opportunities, and outdoor activities. She no longer naps consistently and thrives with hands-on engagement and routine.
In the fall, she will begin preschool, and the role will gradually transition to becoming more focused on caring for the infant while continuing to support the older child before and after preschool.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for both children.
- Plan age-appropriate activities, crafts, outings, and educational experiences.
- Support developmental milestones and encourage learning through play.
- Maintain children's daily routines, including meals, naps, and schedules.
- Prepare simple vegan meals and snacks for the children.
- Supervise outdoor play and water activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the children's day and development.
- Keep children's spaces, belongings, and play areas organized and tidy.
- Assist with children's laundry and child-related household tasks.
Ideal Candidate

Position 2: House Manager / Nanny
A professional family is seeking an experienced House Manager / Nanny to help maintain an organized household while providing care for their children before and after school, daycare, camps, and on school closure days.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing childcare responsibilities with household management and takes pride in creating an efficient, well-run home.
About the Family
The family values reliability, consistency, trust, and open communication. Their children thrive on routine, and they are seeking someone who can maintain structure while providing a warm and supportive presence.
Childcare Responsibilities
- Provide care before and after school, daycare, and camps.
- Care for the children on in-service days, school holidays, and sick days.
- Transport children safely to and from school, activities, appointments, and camps.
- Maintain established routines and schedules.
- Plan engaging activities with limited screen time.
- Track important information regarding schedules and daily activities.
- Follow all safety protocols, including strict peanut allergy precautions.
House Management Responsibilities
While the children are at school, daycare, or camps, responsibilities will focus primarily on household management, including:
- Grocery shopping and household errands.
- Keeping household supplies stocked and organized.
- Meal preparation for the family.
- Children's laundry and organization.
- Maintaining organization throughout the home.
- Tidying common areas and ensuring the household runs smoothly.
- Managing household inventories and replenishing supplies.
- Tracking and submitting receipts for household purchases.
- Taking initiative to identify and complete household tasks.
Ideal Candidate
- Exceptionally reliable and dependable.
- Experienced in both childcare and household management.
