In this role, you will support financial advisors and their clients by providing administrative and client service expertise, ensuring account administration and transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll support Advisors with account administration, documentation, and order processing activities
- You’ll communicate regularly with clients and Advisors to address inquiries and provide timely updates
- You’ll manage incoming requests across multiple communication channels while maintaining a high standard of service
- You’ll research and resolve escalated client concerns, recommending effective solutions when needed
- You’ll adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- You’ll maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established processes and service standards
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of client service experience within financial services, wealth management, or the mutual fund industry
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Fully bilingual in English and French, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to work
