As our client roster continues to grow, we're expanding our creative collective. This role is part of our next stage of growth and is an opportunity to shape high-impact work alongside a team that's scaling with intention.

Who We Are

Prolex Media is a growing creative collective that refuses to make boring branded content. We push creative limits with a fun, disciplined approach to produce scroll-stopping video ads and short-form social content that connects brands with their audiences.

The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who can think big, obsess over details, and thrive in a fast-moving, multi-client environment. You’ll plan, create, and curate content; manage accounts; track performance; and help guide clients through strategy and creative decisions. This is a high-standards, fast-paced role. You’ll juggle multiple brands, tight deadlines, and quick pivots while keeping creativity and accuracy sharp.

What You’ll Do

● Build and execute social media strategies that align with client goals and brand voice.

● Write, schedule, and optimize posts; plan scripts and shot lists for social shoots.

● Curate and manage published content, engaging audiences and fostering connections.

● Monitor and analyze performance, pull accurate analytics, and adjust strategy based on data and trends.

● Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and social best practices.

● Provide excellent social customer service and support during shoots, ensuring all required content is captured.

● Occasionally create content directly (phone capture when needed).

● Detail-obsessed:whether it’s spelling, numbers, or reporting, accuracy matters.

● Confident with analytics: can interpret data and present clear, actionable insights.

● Resilient and professional under feedback or pushback; can guide clients with confidence.

● Thrives on multiple accounts, fast turnarounds, and tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

● Organized, proactive, and self-sufficient but also a strong collaborator.

● Creative, resourceful, adaptable, and passionate about social media.

● Nice to have: experience with paid ads (Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn) and content production.
