Full job description

How would you like an opportunity to have an office out on the open road? Do you like to be the “go to” person for customers, preparing them for their peak seasons or getting them up and running when it matters most? Our Arborg location may have the career you are looking for! Come and join our team of knowledgeable master technicians on the road running your own service truck. You will be performing service repairs, inspections, upgrades, optimization and maintenance work on customer owned equipment.

Required Skills

We are looking for someone who:

Has a proven knowledge of methods, materials, tools and techniques used in the repair of agricultural equipment.
Is proficient in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
Is handy with a laptop to support diagnostics.
Has excellent problem solving ability.

Required Experience

High school completion or equivalent GED
Journeyperson certification – completion of 4-year Ag Equipment Technician or Heavy Duty Mechanic Apprenticeship
Completion of John Deere certification or willingness to undertake
Driver’s license and clear abstract
