Job Description:
TORQUE Motorsports is looking for an Admin & Apparel Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing phone lines, greeting visitors, and supporting the daily administrative needs of the team. The Admin & Apparel Coordinator is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, handling inquiries, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the office
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of TORQUE.
- Handle basic inquiries via phone & email.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Oversee the inventory of apparel, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely reordering, and proper organization on the “floor.”
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their apparel and merchandise needs, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Design and maintain appealing and organized displays of apparel and merchandise to enhance the shopping experience and drive apparel sales.
- Ensure that all apparel products are presented in a visually attractive manner and are easily accessible to customers.
- Monitor sales data to identify popular products and make informed decisions about future inventory.
- Assist in coordinating company events or special projects as needed.
- Attend weekly marketing meetings to ensure alignment with company marketing goals.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing office documents.
What You Need:
- Education: Post-Secondary Education in Office Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Between 1-3 years of experience as in Office Administration or a related field.
- Experience working in a motorsport dealership environment is considered a strong asset.
