Full job description

Dyand Mechanical Systems and The Wood Energy Store are currently hiring for a full time position for a Parts Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved & grow in a team environment, where your efforts are recognized and is greatly appreciated. The Role:

- Assist walk in customers for parts

- Answer and return calls from customers inquiring about parts

- Updating and replenishing show floor literature

- Order needed literature for sales teams

- Assist Director of Sales as required

- Quotes as requested

- Coordinate required daily parts for service technicians

- Coverage of Reception breaks

Qualifications:

- Ability to multi task on various projects at the same time and manage the priorities

- HVAC and/or Fireplace parts knowledge would be an asset

- Resourceful

- Professionalism with customer interactions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Competent computer skills with Excel experience

- Excellent Time management and organizational skills

- Attention to detail is key

- Self motivated
