We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on Director, Marketing, to lead the execution of marketing initiatives across live entertainment, theatrical productions, touring projects, and immersive experiences.
We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves problem solving, can execute campaigns across multiple channels, and knows how to keep projects moving forward. You’ll work closely with executives, producers, creatives, external agencies, and project leads to drive awareness, engagement, ticket sales, and audience growth.

What You’ll Do
Lead Marketing Execution
- Execute go-to-market marketing strategies across multiple productions, campaigns, and entertainment projects
- Launch and manage campaigns across social media, digital advertising, websites, email/EDM, and promotional platforms
- Support campaign rollouts, content scheduling, launches, and ongoing updates
- Step in where needed to ensure projects continue moving efficiently
Drive Marketing Operations
- Manage marketing systems, tools, subscriptions, platforms, and vendor relationships
- Organize and maintain digital assets, account access, permissions, and workflows
- Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions
- Coordinate invoices, budgets, payments, and vendor deliverables
Navigate Challenges & Keep Work Moving Forward
- Act as the go-to person for troubleshooting marketing and operational issues
- Navigate changing priorities and fast-moving timelines with confidence
- Investigate challenges, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions quickly
- Work independently while balancing multiple priorities simultaneously
Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner closely with executives, producers, marketing leads, designers, developers, agencies, and external vendors
- Ensure clear communication, accountability, and follow-through across projects
- Keep stakeholders informed on timelines, progress, risks, and next steps
Support Digital Marketing & Creative Execution
- Manage and support social media publishing, scheduling, and campaign coordination
- Coordinate website updates and digital content deployment
- Work within email marketing/EDM platforms, SMS segmentation, and content management systems
- Contribute creative ideas, messaging, copywriting, and visual direction
- Collaborate with designers and creative partners to refine marketing assets
Analyze & Optimize
- Establish KPIs and monitor campaign performance
- Analyze marketing metrics and audience insights to improve results and maximize ROI
- Research audience behavior, industry trends, and competitive activity
- Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimization
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–8+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, public relations, or marketing operations
- Experience working within live entertainment, theatre, music, events, attractions, hospitality, sports, or related industries is considered a major asset
Hands-on experience with:
- Social media platforms, Website/content management systems, SEO, SMS segmentation, and digital marketing tools, Email marketing/EDM platforms, Creative campaign execution
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and external vendors
- Ability to work independently and confidently without heavy oversight
- Comfortable leading discussions, making decisions, and taking ownership
AI Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies used within marketing, content creation, workflow automation, analytics, and digital operations
- Comfortable leveraging AI platforms to improve efficiency, organization, research, creative development, and campaign execution
- Strong AI proficiency and hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing and productivity tools is considered a strong asset
