Position: Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking dependable, hardworking Labourers to join our foundry team in Long Harbour, NL. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
· Assist with foundry production and manufacturing operations.
· Handle, move, and prepare materials for production.
· Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
· Perform general labour duties, including housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area.
· Assist with furnace breakdowns and refractory relining when required.
· Support equipment operators and skilled trades as needed.
· Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Previous industrial, construction, manufacturing, or foundry experience is considered an asset but is not required.
· Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Comfortable working in hot, dusty, and physically demanding conditions.
· Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong commitment to workplace safety.
Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
