Full job description

Responsibilities

Greeting and acknowledging guests in a professional and friendly manner
Ensuring guest arrival and departures are handled in a confident, professional and friendly manner
Making reservations for future arrivals and ensure special attention to details are taken
Promote knowledgeable information about the Hotel and its features, and the surrounding areas
Handling cash and credit card transactions for guest accounts
Balancing and maintaining cash floats
Communicating with other departments to maintain a positive guest experience
May be required to provide occasional night audit coverage, including overnight shifts as needed.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous guest service experience
Enthusiastic attitude
Ability to adapt and think creatively
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication in English
