This is an interview position.

To provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; to check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functions.

Position Domicile- Poste basé à Val-d'Or, Québec. Vous devez résider à Val-d'Or ou dans la région environnante, parler français et être capable de communiquer en anglais.

Home-based position - Position based in Val-d'Or, Quebec. You must reside in Val-d'Or or the surrounding area, speak French and be able to communicate in English.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES

Diplôme d’études secondaires ou scolarité équivalente.

Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conducteur.

Pouvoir soulever des charges de 70 lb et manoeuvrer, avec l’aide d’un appareil approprié, des colis pesant jusqu’à 150 lb.

Un (1) an d’expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle

Atteindre la note de passage à l’évaluation des conducteurs avant l’embauche.

Une certaine connaissance des activités de Federal Express Canada et de la réglementation douanière canadienne serait souhaitable.

Bonnes compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication.

Bonne maîtrise de la gestion du temps et de l’organisation

Excellentes habiletés pour le service à la clientèle

Capacité de mener plusieurs tâches de front, de surmonter le stress et de travailler sous haute pression.
