This is a commission‑only role, ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to develop business, manage a territory, and generate revenue through consultative industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the business plan for the assigned territory
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with industrial customers
Conduct product demonstrations and present technical solutions
Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Close sales and effectively manage objections
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Promote HYTORC products and recommend value‑added solutions
Maintain strong visibility within the territory and market
Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and conference calls

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales experience
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
Strong prospecting and business‑development skills
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory

Language Requirements

English required
French considered an asset, but not required

Location & Travel

Operating area includes Sarnia, London, Windsor, and surrounding Southwestern Ontario communities
Frequent travel throughout the operating area required

Compensation Disclosure

Expected compensation range: $80,000 – $115,000 CAD annually (commission‑based)
