Voyago is currently recruiting to fill existing Full-Time Transit Dispatcher in London, Ontario!

Your Role

You schedule new bookings and coordinate with drivers regarding changes
You utilize the radio to communicate effectively with all drivers on route drivers
You ensure all drivers active on routes are on time to maintain customer satisfaction
You manage and pull a variety of reports as per the managers directive
You answer phones, and email correspondence in a professional and courteous manner
You take responsibility for the Emergency Response Plan in the event of a serious collision
You manage and assist with scheduling vehicle maintenance as required

Hourly Wage: $19.50 per hour

Requirements

Your Profile:

You have dispatch experience within the transportation or service industry
You are comfortable using the radio to listen and communicate effectively with all drivers.
You have superior time management and communication skills
You are highly organized and able to multitask
Physically capable of climbing stairs
You can take initiative to solve problems and search out the data needed to do so
You are proficient in computer software with experience in MS Office (Word & Excel)
You have excellent customer service experience
You have a clean criminal record search
You have sound geographic knowledge of surrounding area (London)
You are available to work the following full-time rotating afternoon shifts (2:00PM - 1:00AM)
- week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
- week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
