Job Description
- Provide information for the public and answer telephones in the manner laid down by the airline and/or Company;
- Check in embarking passengers and perform all related duties;
- Attend to the gate and perform the related duties, as required, including the operation of loading bridges and aircraft doors;
- Monitor disembarking passengers from aircraft through port facilities and perform all associated duties;
- Attend to transit and interline passengers;
- Attend to special needs passengers;
- Perform computer-related duties;
- Perform baggage services, including tracing and functions related thereto, in the manner laid down by the airline and/or Company;
- Perform the function of cash/ticketing agent in the manner laid down by the airline and/or Company;
- Perform the function of reservations agent and the duties related thereto in the manner laid down by the airline and/or Company;
- Use the required PPE (appropriate to the operation);
- Ability to lift 50 lbs independently;
- Other duties as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Passionate about customer service and must have relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Additional languages desirable
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to follow processes and procedures and apply a flexible approach when required
- Must be able to type and learn airline-specific computer reservation/ticketing software
- Willingness to work in inclement weather
- Must successfully complete necessary training
- Able to work flexible work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
