Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and an understanding of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, ensuring all spaces are spotless and well-maintained.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to enhance guest comfort.
Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a pristine appearance.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary.

Experience

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred, particularly in hotel or hospitality settings.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques or custodial experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
